You must be 18 years of age or older with valid government-issued ID to purchase cannabis products from Stonah. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. Stonah reserves the right to cancel any order and request ID verification at the point of delivery or pickup.
Orders are placed through our online portal at order.stonah.co. By submitting an order you are making an offer to purchase the listed products. Stonah reserves the right to accept, modify, or cancel any order, including due to stock availability, delivery zone constraints, or compliance requirements.
All prices are displayed in USD (Montego Bay) or JMD (Kingston) as indicated. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept Zelle (USD), Lynk (JMD), Cash on Delivery, and Stonah Wallet. Payment must be confirmed before or at the time of delivery. For Zelle payments, proof of transfer must be sent via WhatsApp to +1-876-807-2428.
The Stonah Wallet is a prepaid credit account. Wallet balances are non-transferable and have no cash value. Top-ups are processed by Stonah staff after payment confirmation. Stonah is not liable for wallet balances lost due to account misuse. Wallet transactions are recorded and available to view in your order history.
Due to the nature of cannabis products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact us within 24 hours at support@stonah.co or WhatsApp and we will make it right at our discretion.
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable unless the top-up was made in error and no balance has been spent.
Stonah offers a medical cannabis recommendation service in partnership with licensed physicians. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Medical information provided during the application is handled confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Stonah's referral programme rewards customers who refer new buyers. Referral discounts are applied to qualifying orders. Stonah reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time. Abuse of the referral system will result in forfeit of rewards.
Stonah operates under a licence issued by Jamaica's Cannabis Licensing Authority. All products are sold for personal use only and may not be resold or exported. By purchasing from Stonah you agree to comply with all applicable Jamaican laws regarding cannabis possession and use.
